Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a return, please contact us at bucketmate@gmx.com. Returns must be approved by us before being sent back. Items returned without contacting us first will not be accepted.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover the cost of sending items back to us.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send the item.
Items that are used, damaged, or not returned in their original condition may not be eligible for a full refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and work to resolve it.
Refunds
We will let you know once we have received and inspected your return, and advise whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Refunds will only be issued once the returned item has been received and confirmed to be undamaged and in its original condition.
