We ship Australia-wide.

Because our products are heavy and bulky, freight costs vary depending on the delivery location and whether the address is residential or commercial.

Please note:

  • If an incorrect delivery type is selected at checkout, an additional freight charge may apply.
  • Very remote locations may also require an additional freight charge.
  • If this is the case, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm any extra cost.

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but delivery times may vary depending on your location and the freight provider.

If there is any delay or issue with your order, we will keep you updated.

Delivery

Please make sure your delivery details are correct when placing your order.

Depending on the freight provider someone may need to be available to receive the delivery, or extra arrangements may be needed depending on the freight provider and delivery location.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

If you would like to return an item, please contact us first to discuss the return.

Please note:

  • Return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refunds will only be processed once the product has been returned and inspected.
  • The item must be returned in undamaged condition.
  • If the returned item is damaged, used, or not in its original condition, a full refund may not be available.

Once the returned product has been received and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order details so we can work with you to resolve the issue.
